Associate Director of Media Planning

Our client, an enterprise level telecom brand in Atlanta, is seeking an Associate Director of Media Planning to join the team and steer the strategic development and execution of media plans across various channels to effectively engage specific audiences. This is a contract engagement and is hybrid 3x per week in Atlanta, GA. Leveraging your expertise, you will integrate messaging seamlessly across earned, owned and paid media, ensuring alignment with creative concepts and media strategies to drive impactful campaigns.Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive media plans tailored to target audiences, encompassing earned, owned and paid channels, to effectively convey key messagesCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Consumer Marketing, Hispanic Marketing, Media, Social, PR and Retail, as well as external partners, to align strategies and maximize campaign impactEmploy a deep understanding of the customer journey to craft messaging and creative that resonate with diverse audiences across various media placementsDrive innovation and thought leadership in the digital advertising space, optimizing performance marketing channels and platforms to enhance ROILead cross-functional teams and external agency partners, providing clear direction and guidance to ensure seamless execution of campaignsUtilize data-driven insights and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimizationDemonstrate exceptional collaboration skills and cultural intelligence, fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment conducive to achieving resultsRequired Qualifications:7+ years of experience in media planning, preferably in-house, for a large organization with multiple moving partsProven track record of developing and executing comprehensive media plans across multiple channelsStrong understanding of the customer journey and the ability to integrate creative and media messaging effectivelyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate a persuasive point of viewProficiency in PowerPoint and other relevant tools for developing and presenting media plansSelf-starter with exceptional work ethic, thriving in fast-paced and constantly changing environmentsAble to work on-site in Atlanta, GAIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page Distinction
