You will interface with Cybersecurity Architecture & Operation teams and will need to possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as the ability to influence others to come up with effective solutions.Your primary responsibilities will include working with various cybersecurity and project teams to ensure that policies and controls are implemented and operationalized to protect our digital assets. You will also be responsible for initial assessments of security controls and assisting architecture in conducting threat models and risk mitigation strategies for various initiatives at Lexmark. You will be a key resource working with the cybersecurity operations team to assist with any complicated cyber incident. Additionally, you will work with various organizations daily to balance cybersecurity, privacy, and operational concerns, while effectively communicating and balancing competing priorities.What we offer:Competitive pay and benefits packageDiverse and inclusive workforceDynamic and collaborative team environmentWork-life balanceEnvironmental excellence and community support.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for implementing controls and securing enterprise information systems by developing and reviewing cybersecurity requirements and technology solutions.Assist cybersecurity operation teams during incident response or business continuity scenarios.Evaluate and improve cybersecurity controls around infrastructure as code, cloud applications, endpoints, servers, identity and log management practices.Analyze and build automation scripts to improve cybersecurity of information systemsAnalyze after action reviews, tabletop, red team, and penetration testers reports to develop risk mitigations.Participate and validate security threat intelligence and assess solutions.Coordinate with DevOps teams to advocate secure coding practices, and to escalate concerns related to poor coding practices.Validate IT infrastructure and other reference architectures for security best practices and recommend changes to enhance security and reduce risks, where applicableEducate and train staff on information system cybersecurity and by being a cybersecurity advocateQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity or related field with 1-3 years of Information Technology experienceExcellent organizational, communication, documentation, and project management skillsExperience with Secure Agile Framework processes and methodologies for implementationsExperience with programming languages with proficiency on Python scriptingStrong understanding of cloud platforms and technologiesExperience with MITRE AT&TCK, ISO, or NIST FrameworksKnowledge of Operational Processes (Event, Incident, Change, Problem) and Incident Response (Security Incident Response Process)Familiarity and general understanding of cryptography, cloud security, data security, common vulnerabilities, and attack patterns
