We hire people that are skilled and passionate to meet our mission to end homelessness through outcome-based strategies which support personal and community transformation.Location: Minnesota HotelSchedule: 8:00am-4:00pmSalary Range: $72,821 - $109KThe Associate Director of Enterprise Development is a key partner in supporting the ongoing growth of existing programs within the Social Enterprise Department. This position partners closely with both the Director of Social Enterprises and Sr. Director of Supportive Housing & Employment Services to identify, evaluate and implement new social enterprise opportunities. This role will oversee existing social enterprise business, while scoping and helping to develop new programs.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the health and success of Social Enterprise Development and Central City Bed. Leverage's CCC expertise and programs to meet the significant needs of the Portland community.Provides direct supervision of Central City Bed and supports employee growth and team effectiveness. Manages quality control of all Central City Bed.Partners with the Director of Social Enterprise to further develop project budgets, keeping revenue and expenditures current. Reports on any budget fluctuations or significant changes to business plan and pro-forma.Works to support growth of Social Enterprise programs and ensures steady increase of revenue.May assist with grants and contract negotiation.Supports convening partners at a systems level.Collaborates on strategic business planning and implementation.Evaluates, secures, and maintains a strong partnership with external vendors.Assists in the development of marketing and media plans in conjunction with CCC's Public Affairs.Maintains and improves systems to effectively track and monitor productivity & meeting contract deliverables. Tracks outcomes of programs, including customer and stakeholder feedback, and incorporates feedback when making improvements.Positively represents and effectively communicates CCC's mission of self-sufficiency.Creates internal and external excitement and positive reputation for CCC entrepreneurial efforts to achieve our mission.Fosters internal relationships at CCC, engaging in partnerships with IT, Accounting, Public Affairs, HR, BE, etc.Maintains and increases positive PR of CCC and Social Enterprise projects.Adheres to all state and federal privacy and security regulations applicable to the program, and to CCC policies and agreements regarding confidentiality, privacy, and security. This includes immediately reporting any breach of protected health information or personal identification information of any person receiving CCC services by CCC or an outside provider to the CCC Compliance Department, as well as to your supervisor or their designee.Provides the highest standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including CCC clients, CCC staff, and community members.Completes all mandatory CCC trainings in a timely manner.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:Established computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, at a minimum.Ability to be a self-starter with initiative who can work independently.Ability to navigate through systems of a non-profit organization.Ability to display a non-judgmental attitude, and a willingness to learn new skills.Demonstrated knowledge of community and social agencies.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing, demonstrating the principles and practices of written communication and correct English usage, including spelling, grammar and punctuation.Ability to hire, schedule, train, develop, supervise, and evaluate staff.Ability to provide effective leadership and to lead with an entrepreneurial mindset.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to multi-task and work effectively and efficiently at a fast pace. Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.Detail oriented and strong organizational skills with an ability to maintain accurate records and necessary paperwork.Ability to be a team member and work courteously and effectively with the general public, tenants/clients, volunteers, merchants and co-workers.Ability to provide advocacy, as appropriate.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, to include project management exposure; OR Associate's degree and 7 years of relevant experience to include project management exposure; OR 8 years of relevant of relevant experience to include project management exposure.Three years of supervisorial/management experience.Demonstrated advanced computer skills, including development and use of software databases.Must be customer service driven and able to maintain professionalism under pressure.Will be required to carry a cell phone for work purposes.
