The Senior Director of Talent Management is a key member of the company's People and Talent leadership team, collaborating with HR colleagues and business leaders to create and execute the Talent Strategy. This includes overseeing learning programs, leadership development, succession management, and talent assessment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Lead talent assessment processes for hiring top talentDesign and support technical training initiativesDrive long-term career development and leadership programsImplement talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planningEnsure meaningful and ongoing performance conversationsPromote diversity and inclusion within the organizationJob Requirements/Expectations:Minimum 10 years of talent management experienceDemonstrated leadership in developing and implementing company-wide leadership programsExperience in Talent Acquisition is a plusBachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferredMay perform other duties as assignedWork Environment:
Standard office environment, typically indoors with moderate noise levels. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.Physical Effort:
Must be able to maintain a stationary position for extended periods, move about the office as needed, operate computers, and handle files.Scheduling:
