BIM Modeler

Are you a talented BIM Modeler/Drafter with a passion for precision and innovation? Join our client's dynamic team at the Intel Semiconductor manufacturing plant in Chandler, Arizona. This role is perfect for individuals with a minimum of 6 months of experience in modeling electrical distribution systems within a manufacturing setting using Revit and Navisworks. This onsite position offers significant overtime opportunities at time and a half and is available for immediate start.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain BIM models for electrical systems using Revit.Coordinate with other trades and disciplines to create accurate and clash-free models.Review and update project documentation to reflect design and construction changes.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and onsite teams to ensure adherence to project specifications.Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as required.Qualifications:Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.Previous experience in BIM Revit 3D modeling/drafting, preferably within electrical or construction sectors.Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work onsite at the Intel Semiconductor plant in Chandler, Arizona.If you are a motivated BIM Revit Modeler/Drafter with the expertise and enthusiasm we seek, we want to hear from you!
