Production Manager - 2nd shift

Contract to hire with a contract duration of 6 months, offering benefits

$35 to $40 per hour + shift differential

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Production Manager to oversee 50 to 100 personnel during the 2nd shift operations. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining safety and quality standards, and fostering a productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage production staff.Ensure production goals and schedules are met.Maintain safety and quality compliance.Communicate effectively with other shifts.Identify and implement process improvements.Documentation and reporting

What You Bring:

A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management or a related field.5+ years in consumer electronics manufacturing or a similar field.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong communication and leadership abilities.

Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.

Excellent customer-facing skills and experience working with international teams.

Schedule:

2nd shift hours; flexibility required.
