Irving, TXAddison Group is looking to bring on a SQL DBA/Developer to contribute to the success in both the day-to-day operations and long-term strategy of the organization data. This developer will work closely with the team to implement and manage on-prem and cloud databases built with SQL Server and Azure SQL Services. The successful candidate will have experience modeling, designing, and developing data systems architecture, as well as high-level SQL skills in writing optimized SQL queries, and creating/maintaining views, functions, stored procedures, scripts, and triggers. This person will also be responsible for designing database tables and dictionaries, maintaining data quality, and database backups, and overseeing database security.Top Skills:-Azure SQL DB, SQL Server-Experience with database architecture and/or (data modeling and data migrations)-SQL Development (70%)-Operational SQL database support-DBA (30%)Pluses:-Cloud certifications-Understanding of Azure Data Factory processing-Automotive, Financial, Insurance Industry Experience***NO C2C AND MUST BE LOCAL WITHIN THE DFW METROPLEX***
