Oncology - Radiation Physician

Hospital is seeking a Board Certified, MSK Fellowship -Trained faculty member to join the Department of Radiology and Medical Imaging.Job Description:Looking for full time provider M-F 8a-5p.The candidate will join a growing Radiology Department of over 50 subspecialized radiologists supporting clinical services.Candidates must be Board Certified in Radiology and fellowship-trained in Musculoskeletal Radiology (MSK)Exhibit strong clinical skills to work effectively and efficiently across the full spectrum of imaging modalities/procedures relevant to MSK imaging.This is an on-site position with participation in interventional procedures including MRI, CT, joint injection/aspiration, bone marrow sampling, and soft tissue/bone biopsyPractice setting is hospital-basedAverage Number of Cases Per Day: Mix plain film and cross sectional. 110 xrays, 20 MRIs/CT/UltrasoundNumber of Radiologists in Practice: Specific to MSK is 4.8 FTEs, in department 41 FTETeleradiology is not used for MSKPatient Age Demographic: All ages, but pediatrics not requiredThere are opportunities for clinical and translational research if interested.EMR: Epic, Powerscribe 360, Interad PACs, Softek IlluminateCredentialing timeline: usually 2-3 months (depends on if physician has IL license in hand or not)
