Tutor Perini is the general contractor for the HART City Center Guideway and Stations project. The scope of the approximately $1.66 billion contract includes the design and construction of six rail stations and approximately three miles of elevated rail guideway beginning just east of the Middle Street Transit Center Station and ending at the Civic Center Station, which will be located just east of the intersection of Halekauwila Street and South Street in downtown Honolulu. Construction of this segment is expected to be substantially completed in 2030.

DESCRIPTION:
As the Scheduling Manager for HART at Tutor Perini Corp., reporting tothe Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
Manage the scheduling team for the project from preconstruction through closeout.
You and your team will be establishing and maintaining Engineering, Procurement and Construction schedules utilizing Primavera P6.
Detailed schedule development duties include establishing the work breakdown structure, determining the work activity duration and establishing the proper workflow logic ties.
Support project organizational and administrative activities.
Supervise the development and integration of individual schedules into the total project plan. Establishes milestones for the total project and supervises schedule resource loading and schedule leveling.
Support the development of scheduling standards and procedures.
Work with the Construction Field and Project Management Teams to develop and maintain project schedules
Maintain project schedule(s) with progress updates and delays
Collect and record schedule progress and performance
Create schedule fragments and input into the schedule for Time Impact Analyses and/or scenario studies
Conduct Pull Planning Sessions with Construction Field Team, Consultants, and Subcontractors
Lead schedule review meetings with Construction Field Team and/or Project Management Team
Develop Time Impact Analyses for completed, ongoing, and future work
Collect scheduling data and input into the project schedule from various Logs i.e. Change Order, Procurement, Submittal, RFI, Billing/Requisitions, Commissioning, Close-out etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or similar
10 or more years’ experience in project scheduling
5 or more years’ experience as a manager, supervisor or lead
Construction project and program level scheduling
Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Excel
Experience with TIA’s and fully resource loaded schedules
Possess a good understanding of the logistic drawings used to produce and update the schedules.
Demonstrates the ability to create new Excel format spreadsheets as needed.
Utilizes excellent written and oral communications and team skills.
Performs tasks with commitment to excellence and a high level of motivation to learn new tasks and assume additional job responsibilities.
Ability to be creative and resourceful in completing tasks accurately in a compressed timeframe.
Must be dependable, consistent, diligent, and thorough.
Expected salary range for this position is $130,000 - 200,000 depending on experience.
