You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team. Responsibilities: • Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team • Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry • Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program • Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private • Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected • Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful • Manage the relationship between employees and managers and advise on important issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment • Enact and implement human resources programs including benefits, compensation, company evaluation, and training • Recruit, interview, onboard, and train qualified candidates who would be assets to our organization • Create, enact, and improve personnel policies and procedures Qualifications: • 2-3 years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales • Familiar with online job posting tools • Verbal and written communication skills are a must • Strong organizational skills and time management skills • Possess an SHRM certification or certification from a similar institute • Bachelor’s degree in business management, HR management or related major • Candidates should be excellent leaders and communicators with strong organizational and interpersonal skills Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000
