Sr. Systems Administrator (Azure, 0365, AD, Switches)Direct Hire OpportunityNo SponsorshipOnsite East Dallas/MesquiteREQUIREMENTS:7+ years' experience in a Systems Administrator roleKnowledge of Meraki Switches and WAPS, network connectivity, network services, and network securityHands-on experience managing Microsoft Azure, Entra, O365, Windows Operating Systems, Windows Domains, Active Directory, and Group Policy in addition to Windows PC, mobile devices, and peripheralsExperience patching Operating Systems and applications, firmware upgrades, and Cybersecurity tools.Oversee the coordination with the IT department regarding installations and configurations of LAN, WAN, VLANs, SDWAN, and related devices.Plan, coordinate, and manage the implementation of company-wide server short- and long-term strategy in areas such as capacity planning, upgrade paths, and service levels.Coordinates the backup and disaster recovery plans with IT, external vendors, and other functional leads.Act as a liaison between vendors, technical support, and departments to resolve complex system and network problems.
