This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of digital content management innovation, working within the WW Channel Strategy and Operations team. As part of this role, you will create demo experiences to support product launches, engagement campaigns, and sales moments. You’ll play an important role in creating advocates for Apple products across our channel points of sale. Your storytelling will educate and inspire salespeople to elevate the customer experience and sell Apple products.
Description
Transform business questions and opportunities into impactful demos that improve the online to offline customer experience, optimize conversion, and drive incremental sales. Recommend compelling demos for single products as well as continuity demos (for example, showcase how iPhone and Mac products work seamlessly together). Test and validate the intended experience with available technology. Write clear, direct, friendly, persuasive, concise, and accurate demo prompts. Become (intimately) familiar with new products, technology, and solutions to create meaningful customer experiences. Become familiar with our Apple style guides and processes, applying consistent standards to elevate the overall quality of work. Conduct regular audits of content and work with content owners to recommend improvements and document new requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Writing Skills: 7+ years of writing experience, working with a variety of business goals, a variety of audiences, and a variety of voices.
Proven ability to turn complex ideas into a simple, compelling narrative. Passion for storytelling—background in creative writing a plus.
Product Knowledge: Experience with Apple products and software.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
