The Product Manager plays a key role in driving global adoption, growth, and success of the Autonomous Mobile Robot category. The role is accountable for four core functions focused in two areas: Product & Commercial Management: Commercial Management Maintain a strong pulse for current state of the business between Product Mangement& Global Sales teams as inputs for product line reporting and forecasting Develop tools that incorporate selling best practices to drive increased customer adoption through global sales teams Product Management Drive select new product development initiatives acting as the product leader Manage the current ride-on AMR models Key Responsibilities Develop regular cadence of Category Reviews as the point person between product management and BU Sales Leaders- Alignment of asks, needs, and assisting to increase win rate Lead development and sharing of sales data, insights, best practices, pricing connecting Product Management function with regional Product Managers and Business Unit sales & support teams Support internal business processes including category reviews, SIOP, forecasting, and Annual Operating Plan processes Act as Product Leader for select new product development initiatives as required Manage the portfolio and lifecyle of ride-one machine models and collaborate with partners to prioritize technology enhancements and features Required Experience Bachelor's degree in business/marketing is desired, Marketing/Business/MBA is preferred 5+ years of professional work experience Global business experience collaborating with international teams Successful track record for problem solving, idea generation and program execution Willingness to travel domestically & internationally - up to 25% of the time Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Preferred Experience Previous experience in Product Management Previousexperience in the cleaning, janitorial, or sanitaion industry Experience working in SAP Required Interpersonal Skills Self-starter, comfortable dealing with abstract or ambiguous problems independently Strong communication skills- Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate effectively with a wide array of functions. Ability to communicate and influence multiple levels, roles, and teams within the organization High level of business acumen demonstrated history of delivering impact and results Cross-functional leadership - ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving global stakeholders Data analysis - ability to analyze data and communicate concise recommendations based on the information Good mechanical aptitudeto communicate with operations and engineering teams Begin your journey with us.
