Kennedy Jenks is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Manager to create and implement a comprehensive learning strategy from the ground up. In this role, you will: Innovate and Lead: Develop and manage diverse training programs that inspire and empower our team. Foster Growth: Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional development, align with our company goals. Shape the Future: Work closely with the Chief People Officer, enjoying the unique opportunity to build and share our Learning and Development function from its inception.
Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the leadership team to create solutions that guide employees to become aligned with the organization's strategies and vision. Create and execute learning strategies and programs that align with the Company's objectives and strategic goals. Evaluate individual and Company development needs, learning gaps, and skill gaps to drive training initiatives Apply adult learning theories and instructional design systems to design and deliver training programs, workshops, initiatives, e-learning courses, and other training materials to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and overall performance. Partner with Chief People Officer, People Team, and other leaders to design a performance review process, and succession planning program that identifies and retains top talent and facilitates career development. Update, partner, and execute an onboarding process for new employees and create an onboarding program guide for key positions and leadership transitions. Implement and oversee mentoring and coaching programs to support employee growth and development. Track and assess the effectiveness of training programs, through feedback, metrics, and other key learning and development key performance indicators (KPI's) and make necessary improvements. Provide coaching and training to colleagues and subject matter experts to help conduct, scale and sustain learning. Manage multiple training programs simultaneously. Develop and oversee the budget for training and development activities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 10+ years' experience in learning, training, and development, talent management, and/or organizational development. 3+ years' experience as a program manager or leader; experience in a professional services environment a strong plus. Experience with content authoring software and a Learning Management System (LMS) or Knowledge Management System (KMS). Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey training objectives clearly, and the ability to listen and respond to employee needs and feedback, along with exceptional presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to work independently and/or as a valuable member of the team. Demonstrated management-level influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees.

salary range
for this position is anticipated to be $100,000 to $140,000, and may vary based upon education, experience, qualifications, licensure/certifications and geographic location. Benefits summary:
