Job Description
Delivery Feasibility and Accountability
o Manage delivery against key technical delivery milestones what classifies a milestone?
o Collaboratively manage reporting that measures D+As execution against key hydration milestones
o Lead x-chapter Pod resources towards shared goal are chapter pods scrum teams?
o Participate in PI Planning to coordinate between domain goals and program/product milestones
Technical Documentation and Artifacts
o Work with multiple stakeholders to author feature definitions and user stories to drive delivery
o Collaboratively design and document the data product artifacts required by the team
o Ensure technical documentation is readily available for data products produced and that value is communicated to key stakeholders
o Ensure cataloguing of data in the Data Foundation is accessible to business stakeholders
Presentation, Narrative and Adoption
o Help track benefits of these insights to leadership to drive acceptance
Relationship and Stakeholder Management
o Ensure Business customer expectations from D+A are managed and seek to eliminate disconnect on what can be addressed

Skills and Requirements
5+ years experience in product management, understanding data and analytics methodologies
2+ years of experience working in Food & Beverage, Consumer Products or Retail industries.
Experience building, leading and designing data based solutions on large scale projects
Experience working in a supply chain environment:
LATAM PepsiCo experience
SAP ECC and/or Blue Yonder experience (demand or supply planning)
PepsiCo supply chain planning experience
Experience in directing and managing scrum teams of data engineers and data governance.
Help in forecast planning for production with internal data products
Agile experience null
