WHAT WE'RE DOING
Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is looking for a Program Management professional to focus all Trusted Security Solutions products. This product protects and defends the information flow of critical and time sensitive data on many military applications and networks. As part of the Trusted Security Solutions Team, you will ensure security standards are met and implemented.
The candidate will be the deputy program manager responsible for the Radiant Mercury Product line within the Trusted Security Solutions (TSS) program. The candidate will have authority to make programmatic decisions in coordination with the TSS Program Manager. This that is a firm fixed price, cost plus programs and IWTAs. The TSS program is under the Airborne Electronic Warfare (AEW) market segment.
THE WORK
• Responsible for the successful execution of the TSS product lines.
• Establish customer Cross Domain design concepts, ensures Raise the Bar criteria is being met at the customer and contractual level.
• Form engineering efforts for future Cross Domain product research, development, and preparation for Raise the Bar - Lab Based Security Assessments.
• Develop new business efforts with the Business Development teams by expanding the CDS product line with the current and future customer.
• Interface with Finance, Planning, and the Control Account Managers (CAM) to run the day-to-day business rhythms of the program from a PM perspective.
• Provide leadership for the Project Engineers to execute scope, modifications, and planning.
• Work closely with the Subcontract Management organization and as required with our major subcontractors to support effective program planning.
• Organize and leads Project Status Meetings to provide latest program status to the PM.
• Ensure budgets are allocated and that program cost and schedule baselines are defined and managed.
• Support financial reporting require

Basic Qualifications:
• Project Engineer or Program Management experience
• Prior experience working with Cross Domain Solutions
• Prior experience working with DoD customers
• Travel will be required
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a final TS/SCI Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of the Radiant Mercury Product and or the TMAN Product
• Insight into the National Cross Domain Strategy & Management Office (NCDSMO)
• Knowledge of Raise the Bar Requirements
• Experience on Development and Sustainment programs
• Possess excellent customer relationship management skills to include outreach and communications experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to multi-task and support multiple internal efforts simultaneously
• Cost Account Management (CAM) experience and Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Highly proficient with MS Excel to include advanced functions
• Previous proposal or Basis-of-Estimates writing/reviewing experience
• Experience developing and executing program and project plans
• Experience with customer interaction such as for requirements solicitation
• Demonstrated experience providing status and program deliverables to customers

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $123,500 - $236,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
