Summary
Freeman is seeking an experienced and innovative Product Collateral Manager. This position will lead all enterprise product collateral initiatives and identify and manage internal and external resources to deliver creative, informative product collateral to drive sales and educate our clients about Freeman’s product & service offerings. These products will be environmental items that can be utilized on trade & association shows, corporate events, and more. You will develop a product collateral strategy inclusive of replenishment strategy for all existing and new product categories. The environment is fast-paced, energetic, and highly collaborative. Responsibilities include product content development, internal product communications, creative development, and project management.
This position will support our Product Management team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be located in Dallas, TX; however, we are also open to candidates based out of:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to design, develop, and rollout product collateral - factsheets, presentations, brochures, catalogs, sales aids, and battle cards to drive sales and educate clients and internal Freeman teams about new and current products
Partner with Marketing to ensure all product collateral aligns with Freeman brand, both aesthetically as well as messaging tone
Support growth team with product presentations for strategic client presentations
Organize and participate in cross-functional design thinking brainstorming workshops and focus groups with clients, design, growth, CX, sustainability, delivery, and vendors
Partner with marketing to create specific product positioning and value propositions that ladder up to Freeman’s strategic positioning and resonate with the customer audiences. Ensure collateral key messages are centered around the customer experience and are easily understood by internal Freeman stakeholders and customers
Manage product requirements including product features, safety callouts, parts, pricing, sustainability, and containerization specifications for all collateral needs. Responsible for accuracy of part numbers, product dimensions and standardization of listings
Partner with third-party vendors to create mood boards and sample books for both clients and Freeman growth teams
Manage all aspects of content in support of product launches including project timetables, internal reviews, cross functional team collaboration and more that spans graphic layout, videography, photography, renderings, brand ID and digital positioning
Support marketing in any product launches that require external go-to-market support across website, PR, nurture, best practices content, etc
Ensure all certifications included in the collateral are issued and assigned per industry requirements
Review and approve all product collateral, troubleshoot production samples, and make necessary changes to improve per cross-functional feedback
Establish standardized process for integrating product collateral in design, growth, CX, delivery and sustainability training modules for new and existing product categories
Coordinate collateral materials for all customer and vendor product showcases
Create client and Freeman feedback loop to continually improve product collateral
Responsible for researching and staying ahead of product presentation trends & tools and partnering with both trade show and complimentary industry resources to deliver best-in-class collateral
Lead the phase out strategy and disposal planning (inclusive of sustainability considerations) for all outdated collateral
Manage the product collateral budget and optimize resources to execute collateral projects
Ability to interact and influence across all levels of the organization and vendor partners
Technically savvy, comfortable collaborating with and influencing product management and engineering teams
Must be able to work with limited supervision and be accountable for actions and decisions
Perform all other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
College degree with 3-7 years related product collateral management experience or equivalent experience
Trade show, retail or hospitality industry experience preferred
Adobe Creative Suite
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels in the organization
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
