Data Analytics Manager
The Data Manager plays a key role for this fast-growing, leading Coin Operated Amusement Machine (COAM) company in GA with explosive historic year over year growth and expected continued growth through mergers & acquisitions and organic growth.
The Data Analytics Manager will be instrumental in helping to mature and manage our data strategy.
The successful candidate will be one who is comfortable “rolling up their sleeves” and learning the business, developing internal and external relationship, and thrives in a fast-paced, solutions-focused environment.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prepare necessary reportsEstablish standardized formatting for reports and dashboardsFilter and prepare data for analysis to ensure accuracy and relevanceUtilize statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyze dataIdentify patterns, relationships, and trends within the dataInterpret data to create meaningful and actionable reports, dashboards, and visualizationsCreate visual representations of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboardsPrepare reports and presentations to effectively communicate insights and findings tostakeholdersIdentify areas of inefficiency within Company operationsIdentify areas where processes could be streamlined to increase productivity andrevenuesIdentify potential risks and challenges, enabling businesses to devise strategies tomitigate themClean and organize large datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity andreliabilityImplement predictive models to identify patterns, trends, and insights within complexdata setsCollaborate with teams across the organization to understand their data needs and provideactionable insightsDevelop and maintain data systems and databasesFormalize data collection processes to optimize efficiency and accuracyIdentify areas for improvement and work with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutionsStay updated on the latest industry trends, methodologies, and tools in data analysis anddrive continuous improvement within the teamEnsure compliance with data protection regulations and the security of sensitive dataJob requirements may change from time to time based on the needs of the Company.
