As a Lead Product Manager for the Engagement & Monetization team, you will find opportunities, develop the product roadmap and deliver the capabilities to drive customer satisfaction and maximize revenue generation opportunities. This role must be able to discover and analyze customer pain points, opportunities, and synthesize them into clear product requirements and roadmaps.You will be responsible for developing the product strategy and a product roadmap that extends across multiple surfaces in the product engagement & monetization space. You'll shape DocuSign's growth experiences and develop capabilities that will drive the next chapter of growth for DocuSign with focus on how our customers try our products, buy our products, and manage their subscriptions with Docusign.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr Director, Product Management - Engagement & Monetization.ResponsibilityDefine experiences that enable customers to self-serve try, use, buy, and manage their subscriptionDevelop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and OKRsPrioritize features and initiatives based on business impact and available resourcesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, engineering, design, and sales, to define product requirements and prioritize featuresDocument clear requirements and use cases to be passed on to UX and Engineering teams and drive product initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of new features and enhancementsUse a combination of qualitative and quantitative data insights, as well as industry standard processes to prioritize opportunities across DocuSign's customer journeyUse data analytics and metrics to assess product performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisionsMonitor KPIs related to revenue, conversion, and other relevant metrics

BasicBA/BS in Marketing, Business, Design and Engineering12+ years of experience in digital product management8+ years of experience having worked directly with UX, Engineering, and Testing teamsExperience driving complex projects across a large, cross functional organizationPreferredMaster of Business Administration (MBA)Familiarity with the product-led growth customer journey for SaaS and the commercial models of leading SaaS productsAbility to incorporate industry best practices into your product requirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate with a wide range of team members and job functions, including executivesAbility lead through influence across teamsDemonstrated ability to analyze data from a variety of sources, identify key insights, spot optimization opportunities, and inform product decisions, with a bias towards building capabilities that scale and a focus on executionWage Transparency
