Summary: The Editorial AI Product Management team is looking for a Product Manager who will support and facilitate the development and execution of advanced technological initiatives, related to content, including AI. This role will work closely with globally distributed teams, including labs, technology, editorial, and product teams. The Product Manager will assist in delivering on specific builds, ensuring they remain aligned with our overarching business objectives and customer needs. This position requires a collaborative approach, working closely with design, engineering, editorial, and operations teams to translate user needs into actionable priorities. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in AI technologies, be action-oriented, and have a knack for problem-solving, balancing tactical execution with strategic insight. About the Role As ProductManager, you will: Lead project effortsby interpreting and assessing customer problems, business needs, and opportunities and offering potential solutions. Build world-class capabilities and productsby contributing to and helping maintain the product roadmap and partnering closely with thedev team and UX to execute the roadmap and deliver efficiently. This includes serving as the editorial customer voice for the engineering teams, prioritizing the product backlog based on customer and business value, and using metrics to monitor and measure progress. Demonstrate leadership by takingextreme ownership of a feature/product, its performance and reliability, and delighting our clients with a positive experience. You will show that you can learn from your experiences, recover from setbacks, and effectively evangelize the product vision to colleagues. About You: You're a fit for the role of Product Manager, Editorial AI ifyou have: Product Management experience. Demonstrated curiosity in and knowledge of AI and Generative AI technologies. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for various audiences. Strong analytical skills and experience in creating and interpreting reports and data visualizations. A proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with technical and non-technical teams. Experience in change management and the ability to drive the adoption of new technologies and processes. A strategic mindset, with the ability to align Editorial AI initiatives with broader organizational goals. Adaptability and comfort with working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments and influence decision-making at various levels. Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following metro locations: Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $100,900 - $187,300. The base compensation range in other locations may vary. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
