Job Title EPASS GBM.080 Program Management (Senior) Location Ohio- Kettering Office - Kettering, OH 45409 US (Primary) Job Description Torch Technologies is seeking a Program Management (Senior) to join a team to support our EPASS GB contract effort, located in Kettering, OH (WPAFB/Dayton, OH area). As part of the AFLCMC/GB Business and Enterprise Systems Directorate (BES), the Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability for PODs (RAMPOD) program provides serialized asset tracking to collect, process, collate, validate, report, and archive reliability, availability, maintainability, configuration, inventory, status, performance (sortie/mission), maintenance and warranty data for Pods and Integrated Systems through web- based applications. RAMPOD is designated as a critical Financial Feeder System to the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS). Essential Duties/Job Description: The Program Manager, a highly motivated individual, will have comprehensive knowledge of principles, policies and practices of systems acquisition and program management, as defined in DoDI 5000.02 and 5000.75, as well as knowledge of roles and relationships within the DoD and the Air Force. Program management resources shall have: Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering, analyzing, and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of acquisition programs; Knowledge of support activities that assist the program manager in assessing what programs are within schedule and cost baselines and be able to recommend viable solutions to problems as well as the pursuit of alternative courses of action; Abilities to effectively communicate orally and in writing, providing quality acquisition and program documentation, e.g., briefings, documents, and plans; Abilities to plan, research, analyze and assess system acquisition in terms of development, production and deployment of weapons systems and associated equipment; Abilities to formulate plans and recommend effective strategies in meeting cost, schedule and performance objectives; Abilities to support and develop acquisition reports, including statutory and regulatory reports, e.g., Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES) or Monthly Activity Report (MAR); Abilities to support program management reviews, senior level meeting/reviews and IntegratedMaster Plan (IMP)/Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) reviews; and, Abilities to support and develop various briefings/schedules of program status and acquisition tasks to senior management.
