Job Description
An Oregon based Credit Union is looking for a remote Invanti Service Manager (ISM) Engineer to come onto their team for 6 months. This person would be building out the rest of their ticketing and asset management system. They are wanting this person to be communicative with the business partners within their company to configure workflow.

Skills and Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience with Ivanti Service Manager (NOT Invanti Endpoint manager)
Experience with Microsoft suite
Experience configuring workflows and understanding how to administer the system.
Experience with gathering requirements from business partners
Ability to create user-facing documentation for common issues i.e. (DNA Errors, Card Machine, Receipt Printer, ECR Issues, Best Practices).
Comfortability with communicating to all levels of peers and cross-functional team members
Ability and desire to mentor junior team members - on the west coast null
