Primary Responsibilities #LI-JK1
Strategically identify opportunities to give Goodyear’s Solutions a competitive advantage in the market. Grow the knowledge base in Goodyear Business Solutions through ongoing benchmarking and evaluation to create a forward-looking strategy for Technical Solutions Roadmap.
Successfully deliver differentiating business solutions to market, achieving results that are on-time, on-budget and on-scope to the project plan. Allocate technical resources (Goodyear internal and external third party resources) to deliver solutions, while holding teams accountable for project delivery.
Support critical Goodyear Service and Solutions Projects once operationalized. Continuously measure effectiveness and drive improvements to align to overall business priorities. Effectively communicate the value proposition of technical solutions to Commercial Fleet Customers.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS) or a related field; or in lieu of degree 10 years of Technical Experience
5 or more years of Technical Experience
Prior experience delivering Technical Solutions and working with Technical Teams
Enterprise System Architecture experience
Prior Team or Project Leadership
Desired Skills and Abilities
Essential-level proficiency with Cloud Technologies and Internet of Things (IoT)
Advanced in agile methodologies - advanced
Expert in Technical Project delivery
Strong Project and Team Leadership skills
Demonstrated skills in problem solving and critical thinking
