NVIDIA Silicon Solutions Group is seeking a versatile engineer to be part of the HW ArchDev team. The SSG team is uniquely positioned to have an end-to-end view of the product development cycle - from early arch definition, through bringup, to product release.
Our ArchDev arm is a hub for all silicon and system level feature development, cost-benefit analysis, system integration solutions, and system POR alignment. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring external energy efficiency requirements are met across our various product lineups.
What you'll be doing:
Lead planning for NVIDIA's new chip bringup efforts from pre-silicon through production.
Multi-functional team collaboration includes Architecture, Design, Software, Operations, and product teams to plan and drive shared objectives.
Enhance cross-team communication, deliverables, and handoffs.
Develop new methodologies, processes, and workflows for feature architecture and development.
Drive scheduling, equipment, and materials logistics planning for silicon bringup activities to achieve near-perfect execution of ambitious NPI schedules
Incorporate learnings from bring-up execution and post-action reviews to refine processes and boost execution efficiency.
What we need to see:
MS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience leading complex technical projects that span geographic locations.
Experience influencing decisions and leading teams in an energizing cross functional environment.
Enthusiastic, responsive, and passionate about finding opportunities for process improvement.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically, tactically, and creatively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The base salary range is 164,000 USD - 304,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
