Sanmina Corporation has facilities strategically located in key regions throughout the world.Nature of Duties/ResponsibilitiesEstablish processes, and analytics to provide insights and governance on revenue recognition complianceDevelop financial models to test revenue compliance and adherence to the company's internal controlproceduresClosely partner with finance, commercial & sales teams to ensure compliance with revenuepoliciesResponsible for building analyses and dashboards from data to drive insights andrecommendations for revenue compliance across the company's multiple revenue streamsHelp analyze large amounts of information generated through the course of company operationsacross different departments, using various analytics & visualization tools to monitor complianceDevelop and adhere to best practices in revenue compliance & reporting: data integrity, testdesign & approach, analysis and validationsDefine and manage policies for assessing programs for potential risk, advising on how toapply guidelines and compliance strategiesAssist in the development, documentation, and maintenance of global revenue recognition policies, procedures, and controls ensuring consistent implementationSupport monitoring processes to ensure policy compliance and effectiveness of revenue controlsSupport the implementation of processes and controls on all cross-functional deals for Financeteams from the initial development of appropriate revenue accounting treatment providing a clearroadmap for ongoing ownership to complete the implementationEnsure compliance with accounting standards, provide technical accounting guidance, andsupport the company's financial reporting process where necessary

Education and Experience8+ years experience in revenue operations, management consulting, financial modeling, or similarfieldsStrong project management skills with experience delivering high-quality results in tight deadline environmentsOutstanding written and verbal communication skills and comfort engaging with senior leadershipExceptional internal/external presentation and verbal communication skillsExcellent data analysis and interpretation skills; Rapid critical thinking skillsExpertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and experience with analytics and visualization toolsAbility to lead through ambiguity and complexity to take calculated risks to solve problems, forgenew paths for growth, and achieve challenging goalsKnowledge of U.S. GAAP

Salary Range(annual): $140,000-$160,000 (CA)
