Our 10 Attorney Law Firm seeks an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal who can handle their own case load and work closely with the Attorneys.
This person will have 3-5 years of experience in Personal Injury Litigation, be able to handle a case load of 50 plus cases that are in progress, and have excellent scheduling and calendaring skills. You will not be writing briefs and doing a lot of research. Your work consists mostly of case management and discovery: preparing Complaints, 16.1 Disclosures, respond and propound discovery, preparing exhibit binders and preparation for trial, if necessary.
Candidates should also possess the following skills:
-Knowledge of the Local Rules of Civil Procedure and FRCP -E-filing experience -Be very organized -Able to work as a team or independently -Computer savvy with MS Word and preferably Needles -Strong in discovery -Possess excellent calendaring skills and case management skills
