Sr. Quality Assurance Consultant

RGP is seeking two highly skilled Senior Consultants to help establish and implement a robust Quality Assurance (QA) function across Bank Regulatory Reporting. In this role, you will be responsible for standing up the QA framework and conducting transaction-level testing, with an initial focus on bank deposits as the Minimum Viable Product (MVP). This project requires deep expertise in bank regulatory reporting and data analysis, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance.
Develop and implement a comprehensive QA function that spans all aspects of Bank Regulatory Reporting, from the initial framework through transaction-level testing.
Perform transaction-level testing over Bank Regulatory Reporting, focusing on bank deposits as the MVP product.
Lead and manage 2052a transaction-level testing as part of the regulatory reporting process.
Collaborate with a part-time SME and the Bank Regulatory Reporting (BRR) team to ensure data lineage preparation and accuracy in QA.
Leverage data analysis skills, including SQL, to support thorough testing and validation of transactions.
Proven experience in Bank Regulatory Reporting, specifically with transaction-level testing.
Expertise in 2052a testing or similar regulatory reporting requirements is highly desirable.
Strong data analysis and SQL skills to support testing at a transaction level.
Experience working with large financial institutions and handling complex regulatory requirements.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including SMEs, to ensure the successful implementation of the QA function.
Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
Pay Range: $70-$80
