Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate project kick-off meetings and develop comprehensive project plans with project leads to ensure projects are completed as agreed and on schedule for edit, mix and graphics sessions.
Build and maintain relationships with Warner Bros. Discovery internal partners on behalf of post production.
Be the contact and support along with project leads while working with network and internal partners
Be the contact and support for edit, audio, and graphics team members within the post production team.
Coordinate and convey new project and post-production workflows and/or critical information with corporate and network internal partners regarding project status and urgent deadlines.
Schedule all edit, audio & design resources (including personnel). This includes all aspects of the post-production process: providing Xytech job numbers, requesting editors/artists, audio mixers/sound designers, & graphic artists, confirming edit, audio, & graphic sessions, and updating session information.
Provide comprehensive project and department updates to the Director of Post & Scheduling Ops.
Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and enhance operational efficiencies.
Complete department cost/utilization reports for edit/mix/design sessions and ensure proper billing/utilization of all projects (including reports for internal partners).
Supervise/Manage and mentor a team of project leads, supporting their career development.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience required in post-production and/or business environment.
4+ years of people supervisor/management experience.
Proven track record of managing high-profile creative and/or post-production projects.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong computer skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Knowledge and experience with project scheduling and management software (e.g., MediaPulse & Workfront) are a plus.
Knowledge and experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
Four-year college degree or equivalent experience required.
Ability to accommodate flexible and dynamic work schedules.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
