Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Walmart Marketplace contains a vibrant global community of sellers who expect Walmart to be a trusted advisor in helping them start and scale their businesses. You will be responsible undertaking various initiatives that improve seller and customer experiences. You will develop new features and enhance existing capabilities that improve both seller and customer journey with Walmart ecommerce platform. You will be point for executive escalations and provide quick analysis and short as well as long term fixes. You will build innovative technical products to solve some of the complex problems using cutting edge technology. You will work across different teams with Walmart as well as evaluate partnerships with external vendors.
Preferred Experience
3 years building strategy and launching user experience in reverse logistics.
Strong understanding of forward or reverse fulfilment process and preferably in return shipping and refund processing
Experience in building 0-1 capabilities that improve seller and customer experience with demonstrated financial impact
Ability to make tough decisions informed by both data and judgment.
Ability to perform rigorous data mining to uncover meaningful insights to conceptualize features and/or products
Experience in making build vs buy decisions for large scale product development
Comfortable with ambiguity and can navigate large stakeholder groups.
Customer obsession with a laser focus on the why over the what and how.
Strong, confident, and succinct communication.

Working closely with key partners across the organization in Business, Engineering, UX, Data analytics, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and other product teams to develop and own a strategy that supports user needs, is clearly articulated, easily understood, and delivers meaningful value to our sellers and Marketplace business.
Develop an actionable roadmap that empowers your team to realize the product strategy and execute that strategy with clearly articulated and well measured goals.
Implementing return automation solutions while working with third-party return management platforms.
Develop and own accountability for the performance of key metrics that help us understand the value of the platform to our sellers.
Create and maintain strong working relationships with your key stakeholders, identifying the right opportunities for collaboration and communication on an ongoing basis.
Identify new opportunities for us to explore based on customer & seller needs throughout their lifecycle to help sellers unlock value and ultimately be successful.
Partnering with Software and Data Engineering leadership to foster a strong cross-functional working relationship.
Moving fast within our agile and iterative team environment.
Leading & empowering your team to foster a product excellence culture for strong product thinking and execution. Build upon existing or create stronger processes, planning and documentation tools.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
