The
WMS Systems Analyst
position will have a proficiency with Warehouse Management Software and understanding of its functionality in the operational workflow of a Distribution Center. Will support the SCALE upgrade at the Distribution Center, a collaborative effort with Manhattan, Knipper IT, Operations and QA.
**Ideal Candidate should have project management, WMS preferably SCALE experience with an operational acumen.
**Long Term Contract role based out of our Lakewood, NJ office.
Responsibilities
Gain a preliminary understanding of SCALE functionality and modifications in the current version of the WMS utilized by Knipper Warehouse personnel.
Attend all SCALE upgrade meetings to further understand WMS functionality, highlighting new functionality, GUI changes and any other changes that will impact Operations.
Support QA and Business Leaders in testing process, writing test scripts, capturing necessary screen-shots and ensuring all documents have appropriate sign-offs.
Ability to analyze test script failures and identify root cause, and communicate with Manhattan SCALE Knipper IT, and SCALE Project Team to apply appropriate corrective actions.
Ensure all documentation supporting the testing of the WMS is completed following Good Documentation Practices.
Support updates to Knipper SOPs and Knipper forms as directed.
Assist with Training of personnel at site.
Support testing of integrated software, such as Lightning Pick, writing test scripts and capturing necessary screen-shots and ensuring all documents have appropriate sign-offs.
Update Leadership Team and others as appropriate on a timely basis regarding progress on assigned tasks, projects and issues, via written or oral reports.
Act as resource and liaison between Leadership team and SCALE Project Team.

QualificationsMINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, Logistics or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency with WMS –Minimum of 5 years’ experience required
Excellent documentation skills, ability to write test scripts and incorporate corresponding evidence in the form of screenshots and photos.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Strong Microsoft Excel skills; formulas/pivot tables
Proficiency with SCALE configurations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with serialization is a plus
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in an environment with deadlines.
Ability to self-manage and work in an ambiguous environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent organization skills and detail oriented
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office products
Ability to work effectively in highly stressful situations, exhibiting flexibility in changing situations
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Managing competing resources and priorities.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
