International Marketing Strategy Analyst

Our Global Marketing Department is seeking an International Marketing Strategy Analyst to focus on New Zealand. Reporting to the International Marketing Team Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing efforts in New Zealand and collaborating with internal departments. This role offers opportunities for growth within the Private Client International Group.Responsibilities:Develop and report on lead generation campaignsLead New Zealand's marketing strategy, including campaign development, performance analysis, and optimizationManage operational tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and reportingCollaborate with marketing agency for creative and landing page developmentConduct competitor and market researchBuild performance reports and present to Senior Executive ManagementIdentify process improvements and lead implementation projectsWork in a multicultural team environment on various project initiativesQualifications:3+ years' experience in digital marketing, preferably in lead generation performance marketingData driven approach to performance marketingLocal knowledge of New ZealandCompensation:$75,000 - $100,000 base salary per yearEligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performanceThis position offers an inclusive culture, exceptional benefits, and opportunities for personal and professional development.
