EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field required. A master's degree in higher education administration or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in higher education admissions, with a proven track record of managing admissions teams and achieving enrollment goals is required. Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly desirable.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Regional Enrollment Coordination: Coordinate and oversee the enrollment activity for multiple higher education campuses within the region, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and objectives.Team Collaboration: Work closely with Enrollment Coordinators at each location, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure consistent enrollment processes and adherence to established admission policies.Engagement Strategy: Execute regional event strategies to support admissions activity, enhance brand awareness, and engage with the local community.Recruitment Initiatives: Collaborate with the regional and system leadership to implement regional recruitment initiatives, targeting specific student populations and market segments to maximize enrollment and meet enrollment targets.Data Analysis: Analyze enrollment data, market trends, and demographic information to identify opportunities for recruitment and strategic decision-making.Community Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as high school counselors, community organizations, and businesses, to promote the institution and foster community engagement.Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership and guidance to a regional admissions team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture to support student recruitment efforts.Enrollment Reporting: Prepare regular reports on regional enrollment metrics, trends, and progress towards goals for presentation to senior leadership.Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with the Vice President of Admissions and other institutional leaders to set strategic enrollment goals, develop marketing strategies, and implement initiatives to enhance the overall enrollment process.Professional Development: Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulations related to admissions and enrollment management.Apply P.R.I.C.E. of Success competencies in all job responsibilities and ensure team does the same.
