Applicants will be a part of EQUI-VEST Innovation & Implementation squad under the Group Retirement Educator's Tribe that supports the Equitable Group Retirement business in the K-12 market. We are looking for someone with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity; enabling us to discover deeper insights about our business and identify innovative ways to accelerate our growth.
A successful candidate will:
Key Job Responsibilities
Leverage advanced analytical skills and business knowledge to discover in-depth insights
Develop executive presentations and present actionable recommendations to shape the strategic thinking of senior leadership
Identify new and emerging technology trends to enable more in-depth insights and/or accelerate our growth
Lead the development of business cases in partnership with business area leaders and stakeholders to generate senior management support for pilot initiatives
Manage cross-functional and complex projects to enhance customer and prospect engagement capabilities
Mentor employees in developing their skills and identifying alternative approaches (and solutions) to roadblocks
Track and analyze the outcomes and impact of various initiatives post-implementation
Partner with analytics teams to assist with development of data strategy and automation of reporting capabilities for the Group Retirement organization.
Liaise with product development, marketing and implementation teams to coordinate efforts and identify resource and other constraints to initiative implementation
The base salary range for this position is $68,000 - $102,000.
Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
