Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager specializing in client-facing applications within the Wealth Management or Banking sector. This role will be pivotal in driving the strategy, development, and enhancement of our client-facing digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. The position requires onsite presence in downtown St. Louis for 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
Develop and maintain the product roadmap for client-facing applications, aligning with business goals and market demands in Wealth Management or Banking.
Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and senior management, to gather and prioritize requirements for new features and enhancements.
User Experience (UX) and Design:
Work closely with UX/UI designers and developers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the Wealth Management or Banking industry, applying insights to product strategy.
Project Management:
Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of features and functionalities.
Client Engagement:
Act as a primary point of contact for client feedback and feature requests, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Performance Monitoring:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of client-facing applications. Analyze data to make informed decisions and optimize product performance.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on client-facing applications in the Wealth Management or Banking industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing and launching digital products or platforms, preferably within a financial services context.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX/UI best practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
