OverviewThe Process Technology Leader is a member of the Site Leadership Team supporting the assets and process at the Enoree Site.
The role is intended to own and facilitate long-term improvement plans, productivity, digitalization, capital, outages, and contractors.
Success in this role will involve outstanding leadership, an entrepreneurial approach, process/production knowledge, the ability to close gaps through influence, and diverse utilization of the technology team. Partnership with essential internal and external resources will be vital in improving stewardship, quality, reliability, and engagement performance.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of specialists, project managers, and engineers
Develop, coach, and mentor the team to achieve their full potential
Owner and facilitator of Site Technology Plan (5-year capital plan, integration with Business Technology Plan, Digitalization Plans, etc)
Support and develop site initiatives to further SQRE (Stewardship, Quality, Reliability and Engagement) through close partnership with the Asset Leader, Daily Execution Leader, and Stewardship Leader
Gatekeep and foster project development
Execute Capital Projects, Spring Cleaning, and Fall Outage
Provide technical resources to solve plant issues and support process safety activities (MOC, PHS, Incident Investigation, etc)
Work to ensure entitlement operation through problem resolution, best practice utilization, and creative methodologies
Active member of Site Leadership Team
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Chemistry or Engineering
7+ years in chemical/pharma manufacturing or refining
Strong leadership acumen
Entrepreneurial and multi-task capable
Effective and engaging communicator
Results focused, yet a flexible mentality
Self-motivated and a willing mentor
