Water/Wastewater - Project Manager

What Makes Wiley|Wilson Special
Why be just another team player when you can be a team owner?
Wiley|Wilson is 100-percent employee-owned with an ESOP structure that gives an ownership stake to every employee. Our shared ownership mentality is the driving force behind our service-oriented culture. We are looking for a passionate professional who will embrace that mindset.
Our water/wastewater team gives our clients relentless, selfless service. As a result, our clients trust us to help them solve their toughest problems. Our goal for every client is to develop a long-term, trusted advisor relationship. Our project managers are the face of every one of those relationships.
What You Can Expect
We give our clients relentless, selfless service. Since 1901, Wiley|Wilson has built a reputation as a client-centered firm. We offer a unique mix of both worlds: the innovative, detailed technical know-how that large firms can offer along with the responsive support that small firms are known for.
We take ownership culture seriously. Wiley|Wilson's ESOP is a benefit that distributes stock each year to every employee. Because every employee is also an owner, we have the same vested interest in our success, which drives us to deliver for our clients. It also gives us freedom to invest in our employees. One of the best examples is Ownerfest, our annual all-employee-owner retreat that focuses on leadership development, technical training, and professional skills building.
We have a coaching culture. We are committed to coaching employee-owners for success at every stage of their career. The project management team has monthly professional development roundtables and emerging project managers are placed in a mentoring group to help them continue progressing.
We "work appropriately." The Work Appropriately policy puts the responsibility on each employee-owner to determine the in-office schedule that works best for them and their workload: full-time in the office, full-time remote, or a tailored, hybrid approach.
We value the financial health of our employee-owners. This includes a competitive salary, company-wide bonuses based on company performance, and participation in employee-ownership through our ESOP. Our benefits package includes multiple group health insurance options, a 401k with up to 6% matching contribution, tuition reimbursement, and many other perks.
We prioritize inclusivity. This includes offering 80 hours of paid parental leave for the birth of a child or newly adopted child; a hybrid work schedule to accommodate various needs; and, for roles requiring travel, accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
