For more information, visitwww.eastman.com.Role ProfileThe Performance Films NAR Supply Chain Manager provides leadership and is accountable for maximizing Supply Chain effectiveness and efficiency in meeting the demands of a rapidly growing business with a fluid supply & demand environment. He/she is responsible for setting the appropriate regional Supply Chain strategy in line with the Businesses' Operating Model and acts as a strategic thought partner for the regional Product, Commercial & Manufacturing teams, as well as the Global Supply Chain Director, who the role reports into.We are looking for someone who currently resides in St. Louis, MO or Martinsville, VA .ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage supply chain strategies on a regional scale.Leads direct and indirect cross-functional teams to execute against strategy and deliver desired business outcomes in service, cash & cost.Owner of the short-term horizon regional supply plan (0-6 mth) and related processes and routines.Selects, trains, and mentors other supply chain team members; build, lead, and coach high-performing teams.Understands customers' needs through WWCAR & Customer Feedback and provides solutions to enhance Supply Chain offerings consistent with business segment strategies.Provides input to regional 3rd party service provider contracts in close cooperation with Logistics and procurement; ensures business requirements are met.Works closely with Commercial, Product, Manufacturing, Logistics, Pricing and Procurement teams to ensure customer and business objectives are being met.Work closely with Centre of Excellence to design, maintain and ensure compliance of work instructions pertaining to local laws and regulations to facilitate effective and efficient use of ERP systems and related planning & execution tools (SAP, OMP is a plus).As well as all other duties assigned.

QualificationsEducation and Training:Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research or similar.MBA is a plus.A minimum of 10-year experience in a leadership position in a supply chain environment with focus on IBP/S&OP, inventory management, supply chain performance management.

Skills and Experience:Strategic Thinking - Developing compelling and effective supply chain strategies that are aligned with segment strategiesCoaching - Has demonstrated Leadership skills. Leveraging & translating strategy into coaching conversations that build capability of team members.Strategy to Execution Alignment - Integration of long- and short- term planning horizons to ensure execution is aligned with strategy. Able to develop SORs that adequately capture business choices and risks and develop recommendations with good business judgement.Analytical and process oriented. Good understanding of supply chain operationsAble to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and influence them to achieve common business goalsDeep knowledge of SAP environment and demonstrated experience with a supply planning application (APO, SAP IBP, OMP, etc.)
