* Candidate must reside and be able to travel within the Northeast Region of the United States** Region Includes: PA, MD, NY, DE, NJ, CT, MA, NH, VT, ME, RIPurpose and Scope:Tolmar is seeking exceptional individuals to be our Field Reimbursement Managers within their assigned region. This candidate would be considered an expert in this field having significant experience Access & Reimbursement, developing pull-through strategies around reimbursement, procurement, medical and pharmacy benefit process, and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. In this role, the successful candidates will assist Healthcare Provider (HCP) offices with the different ways Fensolvi can be procured, reimbursed either medical or pharmacy benefit and understand the different patient support services offered by Tolmar. Additionally assisting in creating educational materials for use in field reimbursement, working directly with our Director of Patient Support Services, and the Marketing team. This individual will also work internally in collaboration with National Account Directors to align the right payor messaging and understanding of coverage for Fensolvi to the HCP offices. This role will work directly with Patient Service to ensure pull-through strategies are effective in resolving barriers to getting patients access to Tolmar products.The Field Reimbursement Managers (FRM) will work to ensure HCPs understand the Fensolvi enrollment process, reimbursement landscape and procurement pathways once a script has been written. The FRM will be responsible for pull-through of patient cases working directly with the office and the Fensolvi Total Solutions team to provide education and understanding of this complex process. Candidates for this role will need to understand the Specialty Pharmacy (SP) process and work in conjunction with the Fensolvi Specialty Pharmacies (SP) Liaison to understand how patient cases are working through the SP system. The Field Reimbursement Manager will be a key contributor of the Patient Services and Market Access team, providing insights from customer interactions, and demonstrating exceptional leadershipEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development of Tolmar Patient Support Service team across all assets and functions to ensure an integrated approach to optimal access for patients to the Tolmar portfolio, including ensuring an efficient cross-functional communication and feedback process.Provide critical education with HCP office staff about Fensolvi's enrollment process so offices understand the process once a script is written. Expertise in both pharmacy benefit and medical benefit processes is a must to educate offices on how to complete the necessary authorizations so their patients can obtain Fensolvi once prescribed.Provide marketing with "real world needs" for service materials to support educational efforts while in the field.Attend Quarterly Business Review with all contracted Specialty pharmacies and Fensolvi Total Solutions (hub)Will assist, support, develop and communicate Market Access strategies in partnership with the Payor team, and other cross-functional and senior corporate leadership, as appropriate.Be the "go-to" brand leader in the field for HCP offices to call on when questions arise regarding reimbursement, procurement and coverage for Fensolvi.Work collaboratively with all contracted partners (specialty pharmacies and hub provider)Provide strong analytical work to improve process and performance, identify key metrics to track performance at a national and regional level.

Experience & Qualifications :Required:Bachelor's degree5+ years' experience within the Pharma/biotech industry with that focused in either a sales or reimbursement related roleAbility to own & build critical relationships with office staffStrong market access knowledge in assigned region; understand commercial and Medicaid coverage in order to educate officesProven experience with success in pull-through strategiesPrevious experience with complex medical and pharmacy benefit products for commercial and Medicaid patientsStrong analytical expertise with ability to measure metrics and bring insights to data that will make a meaningful impact to patientsStrong knowledge of Patient Services programs such as HUB, Specialty Pharmacies, Copay and PAPExperience working for a pharmaceutical manufacturer

Preferred:Experience in the Rare Disease marketsPrevious experience working in Field ReimbursementExperience in development of Field Access educational materialsExperience with injectable or infused products

Working Conditions:* Office environment; requiring sitting and standing* Travel as required up to 50%CompensationTolmar compensation programs are focused on equitable, fair pay practices including market-based base pay and a strong benefits package. The final compensation offered may vary from the posted range based on the selected candidates qualifications and experience.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between ($160,000 and $210,000 year); however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/24 through 12/31/24, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period.
