ResponsibilitiesMead & Hunt is a Top 100 national engineering/architecture consulting firm with a growing water/wastewater practice. As a result, we have a full-time position available for a water/wastewater project manager/engineer to join our team. Responsibilities serving as the project manager for civil/environmental water and wastewater projects; overseeing design as well as performing technical design tasks; drafting proposals with scope and pricing; reviewing client billings; mentoring and providing technical guidance to staff; serving as a client manager. Travel will be required.
QualificationsThe successful candidate must have all of the following:
A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in civil, environmental or related engineering from an accredited college or university
At least five years of relevant experience
PE license in any state with the ability to obtain in additional states
The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following:
Designing water and wastewater projects, with specialization in one or more of the following project types:
Large diameter pipelines
Water/wastewater treatment
Pump stations
Effluent disposal and biosolids
Stormwater
Project management (scope, schedule and budget)
Mentoring and providing technical guidance to staff
Client management for municipal and county governments
