Join our dynamic team to support the critical, high-paced, and high-visibility W+ Membership program. This hybrid role demands a proactive professional ready to coordinate projects, manage resources efficiently, and effectively communicate across all levels of the organization. Ideal candidates will have a solid foundation in agile methodologies and exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a preference for those experienced in the e-commerce domain or with previous Walmart experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate projects and ensure optimal utilization of company resources.Compile project status reports, manage schedules, and lead project meetings.Identify and resolve technical problems while analyzing systems requirements.Define project scope, requirements, and deliverables meticulously.Document all project phases comprehensively and maintain organized records.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong agile program management abilities.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven experience managing large, complex initiatives, preferably within the e-commerce sector.Experience preferably in the eCommerce domain and Membership
