Senior Product Manager RD Solutions

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team!
You are the "CEO" in charge of business and customer outcomes for new business intelligence solutions for the R&D community and will be focused on growing our R&D product portfolio.
You will be responsible for leading the discovery, definition and build of a R&D intelligence solution that will drive decision making for inventors and business leaders globally through analytics, patent and applied science content leveraging AI and emerging technologies. The successful candidate must possess strong customer engagement, strategic, leadership, analytical, communication, and technical skills as they lead, and partner with, their teammates to solve clients' problems.
About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments At least 5 years of experience in a product management, product owner, or related role interfacing with customers and products At least 2 years working with a B2B customer-facing SaaS and/or digital platforms. At least 2 years of experience working with AI and data At least 2 years of experience working in an Agile environment Bachelor's degree in: Computer Science, Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics or Law
It would be great if you also had . . . CSPO certification Experience in the corporate R&D environment Experience working with Intellectual Property (IP); i.e. patents and/or trademarks Experience developing or supporting software for legal or IP professionals Experience with Salesforce CRM Expert knowledge of Tableau, SQL and PowerBI (or similar analytics tools) Working experience with JIRA Masters degree or MBA
What will you be doing in this role? Creating compelling visions and directions for a product Aligning with buyer and customer needs to set a product strategy Driving the setting of product objectives, OKRs, and KPIs that align with customer value Execute an outcome and impact-driven product development cycle Partnering with consulting or services businesses to source new ideas, refine user requirements, test prototypes, and automate manual tasks via your solutions Refining and iterating on features and solutions constantly, leveraging customer and community feedback throughout Prioritizing a roadmap of epics to represent the best possible opportunities to solve strategic objectives for customers and drive KPI targets
About the Team You will be part of the market-leading Patent Intelligence, Search, and Analytics business unit, and a member of the product team on a mission to accelerate R&D decisions. This team is collectively growing Clarivate's solutions to support corporations globally in innovating and developing new technologies and products faster.
Hours of Work Full time, permanent Hybrid working model on site 1-3 days/week Must reside within a commutable distance to one of our US office locations
