As a Helpdesk Technicianyou will:
Utilizing existing and creating new Internal and external knowledge base documents to assist with ticket resolutionActive Directory Account maintenanceManaging access to internal and external collaboration spacesPC Lifecycle ManagementConference Room SupportInventory Receiving, & TrackingFulfill software requestsPrinter managementBusiness travel supportDemonstrate and assist with remote access to client resourcesSupport users at Bellevue and Everett location.Assisting with onboarded as assigned
This is a full time opportunity.

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
