Position Summary
Arts & Science is seeking a skilled Program Administrator to join the College Core Curriculum. This individual will provide administrative support to the students and faculty of the College of Arts & Science (CAS), specifically the Complexities First Year Seminars. Facilitate curriculum planning, course scheduling, and registration adhering to University policy. Execute student and faculty program and special events. Oversee program budget and related funds; prepare annual reports; and draft communications. Supervise student workers.Qualifications
Required Education:Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience:3+ years relevant experience
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interpret and communicate policies to individuals at all levels. Ability to organize and maintain databases and large spreadsheets; good organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.Additional Information
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 to USD $75,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
