You will work collaboratively with the product management team, sales and other cross-functional team members to drive streamlined internal workflows for on-net buildings and champion focus on selling into on-net locations. The ideal candidate will be a natural at leading programs and will have a constant focus on improvement and efficiency with a driven personality and a can-do attitude.Responsibilities
Build out a building strategy for new lit buildings and drive and track sales activityManage on-net building lists and updates into various tools, including ConnectbaseSupport inquiries and guide records corrections when discrepancies ariseDrive process improvements and efficienciesSet business rules for on-net qualification and ensure high data quality and governance standardsDocument and train on-net building programDrive enhanced tools and on-net building messagingWork closely with marketing and sales on messaging and campaignsSet rates and maintain margin for on-net buildingsAlign network architecture to on-net buildings to guide product serviceabilityDevelop and manage KPIs for tracking on-net building performancePerform all other duties as assignedQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.5+ years of related work experience; telecommunications experience preferred.Outstanding leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiencesCreative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative strategies and overcome challenges.

Salary
