Sr Business Operation Analyst

onsemi is seeking for a self-directed, passionate professional with proven experience in demand forecasting and revenue attainment. In this role, you will be responsible for building the short-term and long-term forecast utilizing consumption input, sales input, statistical models, marketing strategy and funnel opportunities, inventory assumption and channel input. This is a key cross-functional decision-making role with high impact, serious accountability, and executive visibility at the top level of organization. As a key member of the business operation, you will be responsible for forecasting demand, supporting long-term capacity planning and providing guidance to leadership for critical business decisions and managing risks. The ideal candidate has a passion for sustainable energy, collaborates well with others, and skilled at using data to solve complex business problems.
In this role you will have the opportunity to build relationships with and work with stakeholders across the business including Corporate Supply Chain, Marketing, Business Units, Regional Sales, Executives, and Distribution/Channel Partner organizations.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, possess excellent communication skills, highly analytical skills with ability to understand business situations, make sound decision, and drive successful outcomes of an organization.
