You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and effective team leadership.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear goals and performance standards to exceed revenue targets.Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the property's market presence.Build and maintain relationships with key clients, travel partners, and corporate accounts.Oversee the sales and marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.RequirementsQualifications:7+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within luxury hospitality.In-depth knowledge of Marriott brand standards and revenue management practices.Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing high-performing teams.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality; advanced degree is preferred.BenefitsCompensation:Base salary: $110,000Commission: 15-30% based on business performancePrivate Health InsurancePaid Time OffTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
