*** This position is a three-month temporary residency with the potential to go full-time immediately following. We are currently accepting applications for the next residency class with a January 2025 start date.
Responsibilities:
Bid and place campaigns within various digital platforms (ie: Google, Meta (formerly Facebook), Trade Desk, Amazon, etc) and manage the ongoing real-time optimization of live media to ensure client goals are met and/or exceeded.
Ensure campaigns are pacing effectively and efficiently according to plan by regularly monitoring performance and making changes when necessary.
Execute client-facing deliverables: pacing reports, campaign build, ad-hoc analysis, in-platform optimizations, etc
Manage media investment across various platforms daily, weekly, and on a quarterly basis.
Collaborate with managers and supervisors on upcoming campaigns determining best platforms, target audience, and effective strategies to implement.
Gradually level up responsibilities to include communicating with, and making recommendations to, clients through performance insights and results
Qualifications:
Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets including pivot tables, V-Look Ups, and macros.
Experience buying media on the following platforms a plus but not mandatory:
Social: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn
Google: Youtube, Search, Display
Amazon (AMS, Amazon DSP, AMG)
Programmatic Display/Video (DV360, The Trade Desk, AppNexus, etc.)
Connected TV/OTT (Roku, Hulu, etc.)
Digital Audio (Spotify, Pandora, etc.)
Comfort working with analytics, attribution and measurement systems a plus but not mandatory:
Google Analytics
MOAT/IAS/Double Verify
Nielsen/Millward Brown/Oracle Measurement

WORK SCHEDULE:
You must be able to commit to a full-time work schedule, which is 40 hours per week during 9am-6pm PT business hours Monday-Friday.
Salary: $18.00 per hour
