The
US Personal Bank Technology space
is home to deeply talented colleagues that work to design, build and test customer products and platforms end-to-end. As a
Digital Payments Product Management Lead
, you will be working within the
Digital
Product & Engineering group
on the
Digital Money Movement
team. In this role, you will working closely with the Product owners, UX/designer and production support teams on a daily basis to deliver key road map items. You and your team will own the end-to-end product development process with respect to money movement suite of products and services, while also owning a specific customer pain point/job to be done, identify and validate a solution, deliver it in the market, and analyze/improve its performance. Team members will consist of both employees and consultants located in the US and offshore.
Responsibilities:
Uses or commissions research, studies and focus groups to identify best-of-breed benchmarks for solving business problems
Identifies innovations and leads “test and learn” experiments to create platform products that increase customer value
Defines and measures the KPIs for a platform product
Is able to make trade-off decisions on multiple platform products in a portfolio
Develops business and platform requirements for either one platform component of a large platform product or a narrow product
Leverages tools such as Ignite for reusability of APIs and platform services
Determines release goals for a narrow platform product or a component of a large product
Identifies best practices for continuous product development improvement
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Product Development
– Owning the end-to-end process of developing critical features in agile methodology starting from drafting requirements, design, usability testing, to customer launch.
Product Management
– Customer research and analysis, enhancements based on customer feedback, weekly and monthly reporting to leadership, incidents monitoring, JIRA Updates on behalf of product owner.
Partnership Management
– Working with internal and external stakeholders to plan the roadmap, discuss upcoming releases, review open issues, align on feature requirements, identify new opportunities, etc. Internal stakeholders include Technology, Retail Bank, Fraud, Legal/Compliance, Information Security, Marketing, Servicing Delivery and others. External stakeholders include multiple external networks supporting money movement.
Analytics
– Analyze product usage reports and data from multiple channels to identify customer pain points, determine the impact on the business, and influence the product roadmap and strategy.
Product Strategy
– Support the product owner on refining the individual product strategy based on customer behavior/needs, industry trends, competitive analysis, and product performance.
Work across the digital organization and with technology partners ; build long term working relationship with all partners and functions supporting Money Movement products and services
Conduct A/B testing, Usability testing, designs, as well as use different tools digital product managers use to analyze data related to product and customer preferences
Build products on different types of payment rails that large scale FI’s use for one of the most critical banking needs of consumers ; Work on product concepts in Digital Wallets, E-Commerce Wallets and Browser tokenization
