The Revenue Product team uses creativity, research, insights, and operational excellence to steer our product vision across Snap Inc. This team of Designers, Scientists, and Product Managers works in a highly collaborative environment to build the products and experiences that innovate and improve the performance of Snap's advertising platform to drive value and success to our customers.
We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our Revenue Product team at Snap Inc!
What you’ll do:
Driving our Dynamic Product Ad solutions to the next level, including building 0 to 1 products for a variety of advertiser verticals.
Leverage critical thinking, emerging trends and market analysis to set product strategy and define product roadmap for Snap’s Dynamic Ads product line.
Drive full-cycle product development with a team of cross-functional groups across Product, Data Science, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with AB testing and ad hoc analysis
Ability to communicate concisely and influence outcomes
Think critically about how to achieve product goals and increase advertiser value
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to collaborate strategically with all facets of an organization from C-Levels through to engineers, designers, and other cross-functional teams
Ability to inspire and be effective with cross functional teams
Ability to execute against defined objectives both tactically and strategically
Ability to initiate and drive emerging projects from strategy to completion
Ability to communicate results clearly and effectively across a matrix organization
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant years of experience
8+ years of product development experience at a technology company
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience performing ad product-oriented quantitative analysis
Experience building shopping ads solutions

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) (https://careers.snap.com/us-payzones) :
The base salary range for this position is $222,000-$333,000 annually.
Zone B (https://careers.snap.com/us-payzones) :
The base salary range for this position is $211,000-$316,000 annually.
Zone C (https://careers.snap.com/us-payzones) :
The base salary range for this position is $189,000-$283,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
