Rally ing cross-functional stakeholders
- including Engineering, UX Design, Product Marketing, Product Analytics - behind your vision , influencing without authority and gaining commitment from key partners to deliver on your roadmap
Partnering with Walmart retail teams
such as Marketplace teams to create unique, compelling experiences that benefit shoppers and our advertising clients
Driving product lifecycle
, including ideation , consumer research , competitive intelligence, quantitative analysis , requirements definition, target setting, technical specifications, development, testing, and post- launch efforts
Leading conversations
with Engineering on solution design, UX Design on user experience, Product Analytics on performance and target setting, Research on user needs and pain points, Product Marketing on go-to-market plans, and other stakeholders as needed
Ensur ing fluid communication with senior leadership
, cross-functional stakeholders and peers , adapting your communication style to the audience and crafting your message accordingly

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
in Computer Science , Engineering, Business Administration , or related field and
4+ years of experience in Ad-Tech or Mar-Tech
, with focus on Performance Marketing, Sponsored, Products, Sponsored Search
9+ years of experience in P roduct M anagement
, Product Strategy, Product Analytics, Data Science or comparable work experience
7+ years of experience in
driving end-to-end product delivery
, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization , scop ing and prioritiz ing technical requirements
7 + years of experience working cross-functionally
with Engineering, UX Design , Analytics , Marketing to achieve alignment on product requirements, launch and go-to-market plans
Excellent
oral and written communication and story-telling skills
, proven ability to
influence cross-functional stakeholders
and leadership

Demonstrated ability to

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
